Thrust Aviation Tooling formally opened for business in June of 2023. With a small catalog of original designs, it wasn’t long before Thrust tools began showing up in tool boxes around the world. Word began to spread  rapidly via social media, advertising and word of mouth. Operators and technicians saw what Thrust Aviation Tooling was capable of and they wanted more. I began to receive requests for tool cloning.  Operators send tools to us or I would drive or fly to them and blueprint the tool for reproduction of an equivalent, pursuant to 14 CFR 145.109 (c). The cost of our tools and services are typically more cost effective than our competitors without compromising quality. We strive to perform everything in house: 3D scanning, design, CNC machining, welding, electroplating, laser engraving, powder coating, anodizing, calibration, etc. Reducing reliance on outside services and vendors helps to keep cost and lead time down.
